We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly, smiling, and very supportive. The location was perfect, as it was close to the tram stop, bridges, and all the big attractions. We could easily walk to most places or take a short ride on the tram. The hotel was also very clean, and the rooms were cozy and well-decorated. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. the hotel facilities and transportation options were excellent.

The decor was tasteful and the shower was great. The location of the hotel was ideal, with a short distance to main attractions, markets, tram, and ferry. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet offered every morning.

We really enjoyed our stay at this place as it is situated on a steep slope in the heart of the city making it easy for us to explore the surroundings. The room service was prompt and the staff was very polite and accommodating towards our needs. The hotel also provides facilities like car hire, dry cleaning, and shuttle service which made our trip hassle-free. The room amenities were top-notch including an in-room safe, soundproofed rooms, and a mini-bar which added to the overall experience.
Although the staff in the night shift need some training in manners and hospitality, this venue provided excellent service during our stay. We really appreciated the leisure spa & wellness center and the library that was available for guests.

The hotel lacks soundproofing, which can be quite bothersome if you're a light sleeper.
